Our CSR policy

To those of you who take the ti me to read these lines and take an interest in the progress of companies taking acti on to reduce their impact.

We have now reached the second stage of our CSR approach. The most interesti ng one. Aft er taking stock of the situati on in 2022 with high ambiti ons, we have spent the last two years making progress and establishing a method.

Now is the ti me to measure our environmental and social impact so that we can set the next targets and make further progress.

This project, which we realised ahead of schedule, has created a genuine dynamic within the ISB Group, where everyone is questi oning their dayto-day missions, where the hummingbird theory is being put into practi ce to become a player in the impact of the Group, its acti viti es and each of our actions.

This ambition and this magnifi cent work are preparing the Group for the normality of tomorrow; which, beyond a regulatory requirement, will soon have become normal.

That is a good thing. And we’re ready.
Today, the CSR is more than just a commitment for ISB Group, it’s a reality.

Enjoy your reading.

Kind regards,

Benjamin Bodet
General Manager

For 60 years, we have been respecting and respecting nature's work and restoring it with a range of products for building, furnishing and decorating the home using wood. Our products are the fruit of our passion for wood and architecture. Wood is also the expression of a new way of being and living in our homes in total harmony.

Through our experience and observation in the field, we realised that the foundation of our project had to be CSR. We have been building this foundation for several years, through empirical actions, independent of each other.

So, as a matter of course, the ISB Group has naturally structured its CSR approach. From now on, all the company’s projects will be studied through the prism of Corporate Social Responsibility.

In developing this CSR Charter, we have chosen to adopt the common and universal language of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Defined as part of the action plan for humanity adopted by the UN in 2015, the SDGs cover a multitude of areas ranging from protecting the planet to building a more peaceful world, including ensuring that everyone can live in safety and dignity. The plan of action is embodied in the definition of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which include 169 targets to be achieved by 2030.

In order to determine our progress in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we have assigned a score to each of our actions and established the rating scale opposite.

When reading our CSR charter, you will find all the actions and objectives implemented within our Group. At the end of the document, you will be able to assess the progress of our commitments classified by SDO.
